Cancellation policy
We want cancellation to be clear and straightforward. This page explains how to stop a HostMyQuiz venue subscription.
How to cancel
Email info@hostmyquiz.co.uk from your account email address. Include the venue name and say that you want to cancel. We will confirm when the request has been processed and when future collections will stop.
Direct Debit and standing order
You can also cancel a Direct Debit through your bank or GoCardless. You can stop a standing order through your bank. Please still tell HostMyQuiz so the venue account can be closed correctly and we can confirm the effect on access.
Access and future payments
We will stop future subscription collections once the cancellation is processed. Venue access will normally continue until the end of the period already paid for, unless the payment is reversed or overdue, the service has been misused, or you ask us to close the account sooner.
Refunds and legal rights
Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on the payment, the service already provided, and any legal rights that apply. This policy does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
